- How do you process my data?
- Your data is only used to generate your resume and it does not leave your browser. Our application doesn't use any server to generate your resume. It uses javascript to generate it in your browser, securely and privately.
- I've created a resume some time ago, how do I edit it?
- Go to builder and select the 'import' option from the top. Please note that this option only works for pdfs generated throught our application.
- How do I maintain multiple versions of the resume?
- Every time you want to preserve a version you can just download it. When you want to make changes you can always import it back.
- How do I report a bug?
- Github issues are used to track bugs. Please note that all issues are public, make sure you don't include any data you want to keep private! You can create issue on github here.
- How do you make money from this?
- We don't.
- What do you mean you don't make money out of this?
- We just want to make resume creation accessible for everyone. It all started when Kuba's mother lost her job during covid and he wanted to find some resume builders. He found a lot of them baiting you with the promise of "free resume builder", but they only allowed exporting to a plain text file (yes, a regular .txt file), forcing you to pay for the pdf. You learn this only after you fill ALL YOUR DATA. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be compensated for work, but misleading people in difficult situations is definitely not okay.
- How do I express my gratitude?
- If you're satisfied with our tool, you can share it on social media or just tell your friends about it.
- Do you track your users?
- We use Google Analytics for tracking usage. It gives us insight into how people use our application. No worries, we don't send any part of you resume to an external service. If you want to withdraw your consent you can do it directly from out Privacy Policy.
- How can I be sure you are not lying?
- You can see the source code yourself here.
